Motivate yourself

It is important to ensure you don't drop out of your fitness schedule. Here, some motivation will help you stick to your schedule. Develop a good relationship with your trainer and others in the gym. Push yourself to do a bit more everyday, without overdoing it. scrutinize your progress with your trainer every few days. When you see yourself doing better, you will be motivated to push harder, and make working out a daily assignment.
