Tips to feel good
Some tips which I can share are as follows.
1. Sleep well. A good and peaceful sleep helps you to get set and go for the next day.
2. Start the day with prayers. It refreshes your soul. Keep that spirituality going in you to keep yourself away from wrong things.
3. Exercise and Work out daily. It refreshes your body. If you are fit and in shape, you definitely look good and feel good.
4. Eat well. Good nutritious food will go a long way to keep you active and concentrate whole day at work.
5. Keep yourself clean and so the surroundings. Personal hygiene adds goodness. Have a bath daily, you feel hygienic.
6. Look good to feel good. Dress up well neat and tidy every day. When you look at yourself in the mirror and see yourself looking good, you feel good.
7. Be trendy and stylish, it counts. Follow the current fashion.
8. Add a lot of colours to your wardrobe. You feel colourful. Colour talks a lot and adds a lot to life.
9. Try to wear comfortable and quality clothes. Brands would be recommended but,anything reasonable and affordable yet comfortable also would do.
10. Add in few but good classy accessories likes watch, bag, shoes, etc .It’s worth one time investment.
11. Keep a good posture. It enhances your confidence. Walk with head straight always.
12. Communicate with people. Your personality matters. It’s how you speak reflects your inner self. Be confident.
13. Last but not the least wear a confident smile. It will definitely attract a lot of good things around you!!
