We need to identify the answer that properly answers why there is significant difference in rates of heart diseases when there is no such difference in red wine consumption in US and France..

Tie is bet B and E.
Closer look at B: B actually reasons the reverse one - Heart diseases are also converging.
Hence E is the correct answer.
