Cancelling or Refunding GMAT

GMAT is a very expensive exam and GMAC makes a lot of money by reschedules and cancellation. Please remember you have to act 8 days before GMAT exam.
If you are not prepared for GMAT properly you better decide the date or duration you will need for giving GMAT again then only then reschedule it, Suppose you want a change in the city a reschedule can't do that you have to register again. But reschedulling will give you date only after 1 month as its peak season. As in my previous post I had mentioned suppose you want to give gmat on 17th January (14 days from now), you will never gate a date now in busy cities, So try on 7th january when all cancellations and reschedule will be done for 17th January.

If you are not sure about date and duration you have to go for cancellation which is very painfull they deduct 170 dollars. But better then giving it unprepared.

Rescheduling your GMAT test date: Rescheduling will only cost $50 USD as long as you reschedule at least 7 days before your appointment. Be careful - if you don't reschedule early enough, you'll have to pay the full registration amount again for a new test date.

Cancelling your GMAT test date: If you need to cancel your test date, you will get an $80 refund as long as you cancel more than 7 days before your appointment. If you cancel later than that, you won't get any money back
